Fitted walnut wardrobes in Clifton
Posted by Bath Bespoke on 1 July 2015
Dan has been hard at work in the July heatwave on a wall of bespoke, fitted wardrobes for a large Victorian house near Clifton Suspension bridge in Bristol. Tom worked closely with our client on an adventurous design. The brief was for handcrafted wardrobes that incorporate hidden doors linking the bedroom to her dressing room, featuring stunning antiqued mirrors and detailed panelling with a feminine, Art deco feel.
In total there are 18 hardwood doors set on American black walnut cabinets with hanging rails and spacious drawers at the base. We’re using soft-closing hinges throughout this project. These bespoke fitted wardrobes are huge at three metres high and will line through with the top of the large Victorian windows in her master bedroom – they will offer an amazing amount of storage space and we can’t wait to see what they look like when the project is complete. Watch this space for more pics as this project evolves.
