Crafting a new bay window in Bath to match its neighbour

Posted by Bath Bespoke on 27 June 2017

At the start of this year we wrote a post explaining how we restored a bay window in a property in the centre of Bath.

This bay window was a true feature piece of the home and had to be crafted to suit the style of the other bay windows on adjoining properties. We used Accoya wood for the window. This was the best material for the project as it performs well outdoors. It also produced an extremely clean and sophisticated finish.

We recently passed by the home on an outing and took a few extra pictures of the finished results—made even better by the bright sunshine.

The window in question was that on the left hand side. We had to ensure it was designed and crafted to perfectly match the bay windows on the adjacent properties.
