A bespoke classic kitchen set in the country

Last week we received the photos, from our photographer Sean Ebsworth Barnes, of our latest kitchen project and today I’m excited to share them.
The Project
This kitchen was designed and created by the team earlier this year for a gorgeous country home in Wiltshire. It features a very classic design, and we included some modern touches and useful appliances to create a beautiful but functional space. The focal point of the kitchen is a large solid wood painted island, with a solid walnut top, which has been finished in Invisible Greene from the Little Greene Paint Company. It features four drawers on either side, each made to a custom size to suit specific storage requirements.
Crown cut walnut cabinets, with solid walnut dovetailed drawers and Accoya door frames, run along either side of the room. These have been finished in Ha’Penny White from Colourtrend’s historic colour collection, and a clear matt natural oil which is free of VOC’s. The right-hand side features an integrated Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer, with trick hinges to allow for a flush finish with the cabinets, and an under mounted Shaw’s ceramic sink, while the left-hand side offers space for prepping and cooking food.
This area features a black Everhot range cooker with stone splash back and cabinets fitted with a 30mm stone countertop with an ogee edge. The wall mounted pot filler tap from Perrin & Rowe is a fantastic aid when cooking, while the custom-designed pelmet around the cooker features an integrated extractor fan and spotlights. The cabinets have all been custom designed and crafted for specific functions. These include bespoke cutlery drawer dividing inserts, which are interchangeable, deep drawers and cupboards for pots and pans, and tall cabinets with internal shelving for drinks and glassware.
