New ‘Waney Edge’ table with forged iron legs

A few months ago we were approached by a lovely client who came across us on Facebook. She was looking for a bespoke wooden table and matching sideboard for her new home. (Funnily enough in one of the new luxury Kersfield developments at the top of Bath that we had helped create.) Our client loved the look and texture of wood and wanted a custom made table that celebrating its natural beauty. After much discussion, where we fine tuned every detail, our client selected ash as her material of choice.

Waney Edge Table and Matching Sideboard

The table and sideboard were designed and created in house by Tom Jones Marquez and our skilled makers. Carefully cut and crafted from bleached ash, the table and sideboard were waxed to provide a clear and yet protective finish. We then added custom made wrought iron legs and handles, which were forged by our talented maker Max. Each feature combined to make beautifully artistic yet functional pieces.
