Georgian Grandeur

It is always very special to be able to see our furniture in use. Recently we were invited back by the owners of this incredible Georgian Townhouse in Bath. Here we had been asked to build three libraries across their home to display their stunning collection of books, CDs and vinyl. We love how their chosen colours and designs work in each setting.

In their drawing room the bookcase creates a dramatic corner of the light-filled room. Classic detailing with a contrasting ladder.

On the same floor as the drawing room is the music room, with the second set of our bespoke bookcases, covering two walls and filled with a wonderful collection of CDs. The paint colour perfectly compliments the clients’ iconic Eames lounge chair and ottoman.

On another floor we find their fabulous collection of vinyl, showcased on a vibrant bookcase. Here, the library is painted in a sunny shade of yellow. The pop of colour adds such a fun element to the room and we love how it matches the shade of the floor lamp.
