As part of a regular feature, The Times and The Sunday Times compile a list of homes across the UK that have been designed with the wow factor. It’s a list that often catches our eye and that of readers alike. This week we were really chuffed to see a project we had worked on as part of that list.

The grade II* listed Cleveland House stands proud in the centre of the historic town of Bath. As The Times highlights: “once the headquarters of the Kennet and Avon Canal Company—and the workplace of Isambard Kingdom Brunel— the property dates back to 1820.” Until recently the building, which straddles the canal, was used for offices. But it was picked up by property developer The Trevor Osborne Group who had the vision to convert this wonderful space into a “ mini-palace with five bedrooms and a domed-ceiling drawing room”.

Now this heritage rich home is worth a cool £3.5m.

Cleveland House
