Clean lines and modern design

Home improvements to marry form and function

Having recently moved into a large contemporary home with magnificent views stretching out over Bath, our clients got in touch for further additions to their home after establishing we were commissioned by the property development group, Kersfield, to design and install the property’s existing fitted furniture.

Two home office spaces were needed, with plenty of storage, and a clean design that would complement their contemporary context. A random yet balanced design of cubby hole storage was crafted in oak to house books and ornaments, set atop cupboards with painted doors for enclosed storage to hide clutter.

In the kitchen, improvements to the layout were made with the addition of an island incorporating slab-door storage cupboards with a Corian top and walnut veneer providing contrast within the interior. An additional, freestanding sideboard with a complimentary slab-door design provided further storage.

Clean lines, elegant materials and considered design brought contemporary form and function together, seamlessly integrating these practical additions into this modern home.
